Director of Rehabilitation (PT/OT) – Montville, CT
$104,000–$112,000 per year
We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to direct rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing facility. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a clinician ready to take on a leadership role, strengthen department operations, and support a team committed to quality resident care.
Oversee therapy programming, staffing, and daily department needs
Provide clinical guidance and encourage team collaboration
Monitor productivity, documentation, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with facility administration to support resident outcomes
