Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Full-Time
Bear Mountain of Sudbury | Sudbury, MA
$90,000–$115,000/year | Full-Time | Benefits Available
LTC Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to guide the therapy department at Bear Mountain of Sudbury. You'll bring the team, treatment plans, and daily operations together to support consistent care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
What You'll Do
Direct day-to-day rehab services across PT, OT, and SLP
Coordinate staffing, schedules, and caseloads
Mentor clinicians and help maintain strong documentation and care standards
Work with facility leadership and nursing to address resident needs
Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and applicable regulations

Qualifications
Active Massachusetts license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
