Job description
Creative Solutions in Healthcare seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house therapy team and drive resident-centered care in a Texas long-term care setting. You will oversee rehabilitation programs, staffing, and compliance while delivering direct patient care in your licensed discipline (PT/OT/SLP).
