Job description
This is a permanent position .
Work hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 5 days a week with weekend rotation
The facility is a 72-bed nursing home offering long-term care, short-term care, respite care, and memory care units. It serves an adult to geriatric patient population .
Location: Lafayette Center, located in the picturesque town of Franconia, NH. Surrounded by Franconia Notch State Park and White Mountain National Forest, it offers a serene environment with high-quality medical and personal care services. The facility accepts both Medicaid and Medicare, providing accessible care for a diverse resident base.
