Job description
Evolve Therapy Services, LLC is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (PTA preferred) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Meyersdale, PA. The role leads the therapy program and ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
You will oversee therapy operations, staff training, and ensure compliant documentation and billing while collaborating with the facility interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Licensure and PDPM/MDS knowledge are essential.
