Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility located in Daytona Beach, FL. The role oversees all therapy operations under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations.
Candidates should hold a PT, PTA, OT, SLP, or COTA degree with active licensure in their state and possess strong leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance skills. PDPM/MDS experience is preferred.
