Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Freeport, IL is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee all therapy operations for our in-house SNF partner. You will ensure therapy services meet established standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies under the supervision of the Regional Director of Operations.
The role requires a degree in PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP, active licensure in IL, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
