Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Wisconsin. You will oversee all therapy operations under the Regional Director of Operations and lead a team of therapists.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain standards of practice, develop facility procedures, and train staff. This role emphasizes leadership, PDPM/MDS knowledge, and strong communication with patients and families.
