Evolve Therapy Services in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee the therapy operations for our in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. You will lead the therapy program, ensuring compliance with established standards and working with the regional leadership to drive excellence.
The role requires a PT/OT/SLP license, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with PDPM and MDS management.
