Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, oversee all rehab services in the facility, and ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will mentor staff, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with leadership to enhance program delivery across settings.
You will guide, teach, and support therapists while maintaining compliance with state acts and Medicare rules, with opportunities for growth and travel within the U.S.
