Job description
Aegis Therapies in Forest Lake, MN is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation program at the CCRC. This full-time role oversees clinical quality, service excellence, and the financial and operational viability of the rehab services, with responsibility for program growth and staff performance.
You will manage documentation, billing of clinical services, ensure client and company expectations are met, and identify opportunities across the community.
