Job description
Continental Springs Rehabilitation Center in South Sioux City, NE seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house program. You will oversee daily operations, support PT/OT/SLP staff, and coordinate schedules and outcomes within a skilled nursing/post-acute care setting.
