Job description
Sharon Care Center in Centralia, WA, seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house therapy team across skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care communities.
The role requires a licensed PT/OT/SLP with a Master's degree and prior rehab management experience in post-acute settings is preferred. You will drive clinical outcomes, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance while mentoring therapists and building a cohesive team.
