Job description
North Port Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the rehab department across skilled nursing and outpatient settings. This role reports to senior leadership and drives excellence in patient care through effective program development and staff leadership.
The DOR will oversee PT/OT/SLP services, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgeting and resources, and mentor a growing team of therapists and support staff.
