Job description
Legacy Health Services seeks an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and drive high-quality rehabilitation services across PT, OT, and SLP programs.
The DOR will manage operations, staffing, budgeting, and compliance, while fostering collaboration among physicians, nursing, and case management teams to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.
