Job description
LTC Therapy is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department at Blackstone Valley Health & Rehabilitation in Whitinsville, Massachusetts. This full-time leadership role requires a licensed therapist with a passion for clinical excellence and team development.
You will oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes in a skilled nursing setting.
