Job description
Ultimate Therapy seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for Autumn Lake at Southgate in Carneys Point, NJ. Lead the rehab department in a skilled nursing setting, guiding PT, OT, and SLP teams with strong clinical and operational oversight.
Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring Medicare/PDPM compliance, and partnering with nursing and leadership to meet resident needs. NJ licensure in PT/OT/SLP/COTA/PTA is required; DOR/ADOR experience a plus.
