Job description
Ultimate Therapy is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department in New Jersey. This leadership role focuses on building high-performing teams, driving clinical excellence, and delivering outstanding resident outcomes in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor rehabilitation staff, and collaborate with nursing, physicians, and administration to promote interdisciplinary care and continuous improvement.
