Job description
Olympic View Post Acute in Port Angeles, WA seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the therapy department. You will oversee PTs, OTs, SLPs, assistants, and students, while shaping programs and refining care plans. This role offers autonomy to grow the department and build strong hospital relationships.
You'll balance clinical leadership with operations, manage denials and compliance, and drive outcomes. Competitive pay with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.
