Director of Rehabilitation - Nursing Home
Located near Bakertown, TN
**Salary Up To $85K Per Year; Based On Experience**
Responsibilities of the Director of Rehabilitation:
Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate rehabilitation staff; manage hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
Monitor and manage department productivity, staffing efficiency, and budget performance
Requirements of the Director of Rehabilitation: Must have experience as a Director of Rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility
Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations pertaining to facility and rehabilitation functions as well as state and federal reimbursement for therapy and nursing services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
