Director of Rehabilitation – Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Atascadero, CA
Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 annually

Blue United Sourcing is looking for a Director of Rehabilitation (OT) to lead a therapy team in a community-focused facility in the Atascadero area. What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing the daily operations of the rehab department with a hands-on, team-first approach
Supporting and mentoring therapy staff while fostering a positive, engaged culture
Ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Helping shape programs and initiatives that elevate the rehab services offered

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
