Job description
NuRoc Health and Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (DOR) to lead, direct, and manage Rehabilitation Services. You will ensure department efficiency, staff competency, and high-quality resident care.
The role requires a BS and current PT/OT/SLP licensure, with at least 3 years of clinical experience including 1 year in a supervisory capacity. The position offers competitive pay up to $130,000, with OT preferred, and benefits through Packers Staffing.
