Job description
Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Whitinsville, MA is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PT/OT) for a full-time role. Lead daily PT, OT, and SLP services, manage staffing and scheduling, mentor clinicians, and ensure documentation and outcomes meet Medicare/PDPM standards.
Salary range is $100,000–$115,000 per year with full benefits. This role emphasizes clinical leadership in a skilled nursing setting and collaboration with facility leadership.
