Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead all therapy operations for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Selma, Alabama. This role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and drives program quality and regulatory compliance.
The position requires a degree in PT, OT, or SLP with active licensure, strong leadership, and knowledge of PDPM/MDS management. Opportunity for professional growth and strong collaboration with facility staff.
