Job description
Capital Post-Acute in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR). This leadership role oversees the rehabilitation department, mentors a multidisciplinary therapy team, and ensures high-quality, resident-centered care aligned with PDPM and regulatory standards.
The DOR will collaborate with facility leadership, nurses, physicians, and other clinicians, manage daily operations, develop care plans, monitor outcomes, and drive performance.
