Prava-Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead and grow a comprehensive program within a premier Tenfold Senior Living community in Northern California.
This role goes beyond caseload management, building a high-performing team, establishing clinical standards, and partnering with community leadership to integrate rehabilitation into residents' daily lives.
You will drive outcomes, mentor clinicians, and shape services that keep residents independent, mobile and engaged.
