Job description
El Camino Health is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy across Los Gatos and Mountain View campuses. You will drive strategy, clinical quality, and patient experience while partnering with hospital leadership to oversee budgets and resource planning.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in acute care leadership, strong communication skills, and proven ability to manage complex programs in a fast-paced health system.
