Job description
Elderwood at Hamburg is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to lead rehabilitation services within our 166-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This is a hands‑on leadership role shaping clinical quality, team performance and resident outcomes while remaining connected to patient care.
You will oversee physical, occupational and speech therapy operations, with a minimum 35% clinical caseload and close collaboration with the Administrator and facility
