Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Gatesville, NC is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the in-house therapy program at our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will oversee all therapy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape facility procedures with the interdisciplinary team.
The role requires active licensure (PT/ PTA / OT / OTA / SLP) and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain high-quality patient care and regulatory adherence.
