Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Franklin, MN seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP) to oversee the in-house therapy program at the facility and ensure high-quality patient care under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations.
The role requires licensure in applicable disciplines, strong leadership and regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
