Job description
Evolve Therapy Services, LLC seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the in-house therapy program at our skilled nursing partner in Daytona Beach, FL. The role oversees all therapy operations, drives quality of care, and ensures regulatory compliance.
You will develop facility procedures, train staff, manage PDPM/MDS processes, and collaborate with clinical teams to maintain high standards of practice. A current PT/OT/SLP license is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.
