Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Velva, ND seeks a Director of Rehabilitation (PT, PTA, SLP, OT, or COTA) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. You will oversee therapy operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements under the Regional Director of Operations.
