Job description
Evolve Therapy Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PT/PTA/OT/SLP/COTA) for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Laona, WI. You will oversee the therapy program, ensure regulatory compliance and lead a team of therapists and support staff.
The role requires current licensure in the applicable discipline, PDPM/MDS experience preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills.
