Job description
Evolve Therapy Services is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for our partner facility in Laona, Wisconsin. This leadership role oversees all therapy operations, ensuring services meet professional standards and company policies under the Regional Director's guidance.
The Director of Rehabilitation will supervise PT, PTA, OT, OTA, and SLP staff, manage regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the facility team to optimize resident outcomes and program effectiveness.
