Job description
Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operational excellence, standardize workflows, and drive scalable processes throughout the organization. You will partner with divisional leadership to optimize performance and support strategic initiatives in Commercial P&C.
The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU and/or CIC, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
