Job description
Foothills Animal Rescue is seeking an experienced, motivated and mission-driven Director of Resale Operations to lead the continued success and growth of Daisy’s Rescued Goods.
The Director of Resale Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resale operations, including store performance, financial management, staffing, volunteer engagement, customer experience, donation management, merchandising and strategic growth.
This position is ideal for a strong retail leader who understands both the business of resale and the importance of building meaningful relationships within the community. The Director will work independently in managing day-to-day resale operations while collaborating closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, donors and community partners to ensure Daisy’s Rescued Goods continues to grow its impact and support the mission of Foothills Animal Rescue.
3-5years of retail management experience Excellent customer service and
communication skills
Proficiency managing budget and finances Leadership skills to hire, train and oversee staff and volunteers
The ability to work independently, while collaborating with CEO, Board of Directors, community partners and donors
A vision for growth that can help expand the current reach of our mission
A familiarity with the nonprofit world
