International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Director of Research to lead the Airbel Impact Lab’s strategic research efforts across multiple sectors. You will guide ambitious research agendas, build teams, and advance evidence-based solutions in humanitarian contexts.
Hybrid work model with global collaboration, focusing on high-impact projects, ethical research practices, and strong partnerships. A Ph.D. and 10+ years in humanitarian research are required.
