Job description
StartCare is seeking a Director of Research to oversee a dynamic research program across departments and external partners. You will ensure robust data collection, cleaning, and analysis from EHR sources, while maintaining strict IRB, HIPAA, and CFR compliance.
Reporting to the Vice President of Research and Evaluation, you will lead a team, guide mixed-methods studies, drive grant strategy, and ensure timely dissemination of findings to inform policy and practice within the community StartCare
