Job description
Inspired Living Bonita Springs is seeking a Director of Resident Experience to lead the vision for engaging activities that bring residents together. You will shape programs based on interests, coordinate events and partnerships, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
You’ll coach a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with departments to create a warm, vibrant community where older adults connect, explore, and thrive daily.
