Job description
PACS, a national post-acute care provider, is seeking an Activity Director to plan and direct the activity program in a long-term care facility. You will design resident-centered activities that support physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication with staff, residents, families, and external agencies.
