Job description
Gateway Hudson Valley seeks a Director of Residential Services to oversee-certified and uncertified programs, ensuring quality and compliance with OMH, OPWDD, Medicaid, HUD, and other regulators. This role leads program development and supports QMHP/QIDP responsibilities as needed.
The incumbent will plan and evaluate residential rehabilitation programs, recruit and supervise staff, manage budgets with the VP, and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
