Job description
Thrive Behavioral Network is seeking a Program Director - Treatment Services to lead a DHS-licensed Intensive Residential Treatment Services and/or Residential Crisis Stabilization Services program in Minnesota.
You will supervise all program staff, manage bed census, admissions, budgets and quality compliance, and ensure staff development in alignment with organizational philosophy.
Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential for success in this role.
