Job description
The STEM Alliance in Westchester County is seeking a Director of Resource Development to lead fundraising, donor strategy, and major gifts, expanding corporate investments and government support. You will guide a growing development team with an equity lens across external work and internal operations.
You will partner with the Executive Team and Board to set goals, build donor pipelines, and diversify funding sources while driving measurable impact in our STEM education mission.
