Job description
Kindred Hospital Lima is seeking a senior leader to direct Respiratory Therapy Services in a 26-bed LTAC. You will plan, direct, and monitor clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality improvements while managing staffing and equipment needs.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in respiratory care with 4+ years in management, current RRT, NBRC CMP, BLS, ACLS, and strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role at Kindred Hospital Lima.
