Job description
Catholic Medical Center seeks a Director of Respiratory Therapy to lead all respiratory care services across our acute-care hospital and outpatient programs. The Director oversees clinical practice standards, staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance while advancing evidence-based respiratory care for diverse adult and pediatric populations. Responsibilities include budgeting, quality and performance improvement, staff education, collaboration with physicians and nursing, and support of CMC’s faith-based, patient-centered mission. The Director will drive clinical innovation, patient safety, and service excellence while mentoring a high-performing, multidisciplinary respiratory team.
