Job description
Hickory Creek of Athens in The Plains, OH is seeking a Director of Respiratory Therapy to lead our respiratory team in a skilled nursing setting.
You will oversee ABG analysis, heated high-flow therapy, ventilator management, and weaning, while hiring, training, and guiding your department.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans and educate residents and families on respiratory care and equipment.
