Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary:
$95,000 $150,000 annually
Additional Incentives: Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
We are seeking an experienced Director of Respiratory Therapy for a permanent leadership opportunity in the Merrimack, New Hampshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Respiratory Therapist ready to lead a respiratory care department while overseeing clinical operations, staff, quality, budgets, and program development.
Responsibilities Direct all clinical and non-clinical aspects of Respiratory Care Services
Ensure high-quality patient care and strong departmental performance
Plan, organize, and evaluate departmental resources
Oversee respiratory therapy staff, scheduling, supervision, and development
Manage departmental budgets and resources
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Develop and maintain clinical standards of practice
Maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, employees, and other departments
Support program development and organizational initiatives
Participate in marketing efforts and community service activities
Maintain current professional and clinical knowledge
Support the overall mission and goals of the hospital
Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Required
New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License Required
5+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience Preferred
Respiratory Therapy leadership, supervisory, management, or director-level experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical, operational, communication, and team leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits $95,000 $150,000 annual salary
