Gourmet Dining, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Retail Dining at Marist University in Poughkeepsie, NY. You will oversee the successful retail/cafeteria operation under the direction of Dining Services, and lead a team to ensure quality service and adherence to policy.
