Lead the growth of a rapidly expanding luxury retail business with a strong global vision. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on retail leader to shape how stores open, operate, and deliver an exceptional client experience across domestic and international markets.
The Director of Retail will lead operational strategy for a growing portfolio of stores, including new openings, team development, performance management, client experience, inventory, and cross-functional execution. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable systems, developing strong teams, and bringing structure to a fast-moving, creative environment.
What You Will Lead
Retail operations strategy across domestic and international locations
New store openings, operational readiness, staffing plans, and training
Scalable store standards, SOPs, and best practices
Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and leadership development
Store performance, payroll, budgets, productivity, and profitability
Inventory, merchandising, clienteling, and elevated client experience
Cross-functional partnership with Finance, HR, Marketing, Design, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Buying
Retail compliance, employee relations, and operational risk management

8+ years of progressive retail operations experience, including multi-store leadership
Background in luxury, contemporary, fashion, lifestyle, or high-touch retail
Experience opening stores and building teams from the ground up
Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
Experience with labor planning, inventory, retail systems, and store performance reporting
Strong cross-functional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel frequently within the United States and internationally
