Sutton Auto Team is seeking an experienced Director of Retail Sales to lead retail sales operations for Sutton Ford in Matteson, IL, and Cocoa Ford in Cocoa, FL. The role oversees strategy, profitability, people development, pay plans, marketing, and processes across both locations.
Travel between Illinois and Florida is required, with a home base likely in the Chicago or Orlando area. The position is primarily Monday–Friday with flexibility for travel, and requires a college degree with 10+
